Because our engineers carry years of experience, we provide instrument calibration services for all varieties of field measurement and control devices. Whether it is mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, microprocessor-based, or electronic, our field engineers can meet your field instrument calibration and maintenance requirements.
Our engineers are capable of maintaining and calibrating the following types of instrumentation and control components:
Preventive maintenance is an often-overlooked but very important aspect of process control reliability and protection. ICSS has developed and executed preventive maintenance procedures on a wide variety of instrumentation and control systems.
We are experienced in performing maintenance on process control instrumentation, stand-alone and distributed control systems. Field device maintenance, control cabinet and power systems maintenance, console hardware and personal computer-based workstations are all areas that we cover during execution of a preventive maintenance program.
In addition, our service engineers are highly qualified to support obsolete pneumatic instrumentation and control systems. We have extensive experience on Foxboro, Hagan and Bailey pneumatic control system lines.
All of our engineers carry a full complement of analytical and test equipment regularly calibrated and certified to NIST traceable standards.
